How To Choose Oakley Sunglasses

By Stewart Potter

Do you know the issues that can come from buying cheap eyewear? Recently I bought a set of cheap Oakley sunglasses on the web. They had been a real bargain and I recall thinking the bargain may be too good to be true. But I still bought them regardless of my worries. Mainly because I really enjoy finding a good deal on-line. Evidently, yes, it was far too good a price. I should have believed that small voice in the back of my head. It was a complete fiasco.

I got my bargain Oakley glasses and they appeared good. They did not feel as durable as I would have liked however looked fantastic, and that is what I truly wished for from my sunglasses. These were a fashion statement above all else. I began wearing them a good deal and they ended up being half decent. I enjoyed them and I appeared to be receiving plenty of attention since they looked so good. There were loads of people who were asking where I had bought them from. And some were astonished when I stated just how much they cost.

The real problem arrived once I was out on my bicycle. They didn't sit properly on my nose. It was not a problem while I was strolling about town however I then got on my bike. They kept moving down my nose and offered simply no proper grip, the hard rubberized nose portion ended up being useless. Next they dropped off. My sunglasses crashed into the ground, perished underneath my rear tire and, with all the commotion of sun light along with destroying my sunglasses, I somehow swerved and hit a rock and flew off my bicycle. Luckily I wasn't harmed. However, if I had been on hillier ground than just a woodlands path, then it could have been a lot different.

Since that dramatic incident, I've read a bad nose piece is often a giveaway on many fake sunglasses. So that makes a much more sense now. If only I'd just spent some more cash on my sunglasses. My low-cost Oakley eyewear genuinely disappointed me and I went all the way home squinting in the sun and almost sacrificing my vision to bugs. As I picked myself up I quickly realized the cash I saved was not worth it.

Next time I buy sunglasses I will most certainly only be getting authentic, leading brand glasses and I'll get them from a store I know will have the real thing. If you shop well you can still find some Cheap Oakley Sunglasses. Paying out the money to get a top quality set is much more preferable when compared to buying a cheap, knock-off pair which will perform nothing more than looking rather good. Someone also observed that I actually have little idea what sun protection I had been getting through my low priced eyewear so I suppose there's that safety factor to weigh up as well.
