All the free time activities ranging from swimming to snorkeling make you more active on your trip. But, now the vacations have left you feeling revitalized and refreshed. It is the time to get back to your boring everyday schedule. Here are five simple tips to keep that holiday happiness happening.

1. Avoid the Rush

Take handful days to wind down when you return from your journey. Relax on the weekends or permit yourself an extra day when you book your time off. It will keep up that energy level.

2. Have fun with your Loved Ones

3. Use Sweet Memories to Relax yourself

If you are feeling stressed after a long voyage, simply follow this visualization exercise to refresh yourself. Lie down, comfortably on a couch, in an open area. Keep your eyes closed, relax and regulate your breathing pace. Recollect your imaginations. Visualize a beautiful destination you've recently visited on your vacations. Feel the warmth of the sun on your limbs, the winds gently brushing away your hair and the softly lapping sea waves. Now open your eyes gently. Practice this for ten to fifteen minutes daily in order to soothe yourself

4. Plan your Future Breaks
