Rice dish or risotto includes Riso alla Toscana, Risotto al Barolo, and Risotto alla zucca. Popular soup include Garmugia, Minestrone, Pasta e Fagioli, Strataciella, Grine sauce, Acquacotta and Bagna Cauda.

The secondi will come with various types of fish and meat. Buccal, Cacciucco, Baccala and Fritata di Bianchetti are some common fish delicacies from Italy. Meat dishes served in this course include Prosciutto cotto, Mordatella, Pancetta and Prosciutto di Pharma. After secondi is the contorni, usually vegetables. Common vegetables are eggplant, bell peppers or peperoni, legumes, artichokes and cauliflowers, among others.

The dolce or dessert are sweet foods. These are the last course in any full meal by Italy standards. These include aceto dolce, anisett, chiacchiere, fruit di bosco, and macedonia. You can easily enjoy Italian foods in Tempe by first choosing to visit this city.
