British Summer Holidays

Summer is the time of year when schools are out and a family holiday should be on the calendar. This is also a time when holidays abroad become more expensive, which can be impractical if you have a large family. With British holidays there is no need to fork out too much money when there are plenty of UK destinations to choose from.

Britain may not be the most reliable place for weather, but it can guarantee at least a few days of sunshine and many interesting places to visit. Torquay is a stunning place to venture on a family holiday, as there is a gorgeous abundance of countryside and lots to do. In the heart of the English Riviera, Torquay Holiday Park is within three miles from the coast where hours of exploration time can be spent.

British holidays can be just as magical as holidays abroad as there are so many places you have probably never visited, or maybe never even knew were there. Britain has an interesting history, as demonstrated by many of the attractions and destinations, but also has an interesting present, with plenty of modern attractions for kids and teens who love to ride roller coasters, learn new things and try new experiences.
