Visitors to the island have been thrilled by the beautiful beaches, warm ocean waters and lush vegetation for many years. The population is around 3,500 people, many of whom work in the tourist industry. They offer the typical warm welcome that visitors have come to expect from these islands. The lush tropical landscape is home to more than nine hundred difference species of wildlife. The selection of plants and flowers is also quite astonishing.

Some people opt to rent a Jeep and drive around by themselves. This is also a fun way to enjoy the amazing scenery and views. Many guests are having their first experience with either snorkeling or scuba diving. Luckily there are excellent guides who will really take great care of their clients.

Perhaps the most famous beach on the island is Trunk Bay. This wonderful expanse of pristine sands boast a unique underwater trail for scuba divers.
