Just like in any other institution there are many projects that are carried out in airports. Unless a reliable person is mandated to foresee the success of the task, the results could negatively affect the whole institution. It is necessary to check on the qualifications of the applicants. This is the first step in getting the best. The person should have attained a given level of education depending on the task being hired for. Most of aviation projects require applicants to have a degree in a given field and from a recognized institution. This depends with the task the person is applying for. There should be no any excuse in this. There should bea practical test to see whether the person is suitable for the post. The one who has the required skills for the project should be hired and placed.

Thirdly, the selected person needs to have a long job experience. For big tasks like relevant data updating and construction of various structures in the airport, there is a need to hire a manager who has adequate experience in the field. A highly experienced person is in a better position to lead others in making the task to be a success.

Reputation that the person has also needs special consideration. This refers to how the public perceive the person. It is the image that people have on the person. It is very necessary to deal with a person who has gotten public approval. This assures the board that the person will perform well once hired.

Tracing the history of the person is very important. It is very hard and also risky to deal with a stranger. The activities that the person has performed in the past should be looked t before hiring. All the previous assignments should be evaluated to find out if the person is qualified to handle the current one. If the person manage to produce a satisfactory result, it is good to be hired.

The board should check on how reliable the person is. The individual should manage to offer viable promises to the panel and the organization as a whole. Trustworthy should be the key definition to the person.

Licensing details of the manager to be should be checked. It is very risky to deal with a person who is not approved legally. Dealing with a licensed person assures the management that the project will be accomplished in the right manner.
